Certified Home Health Aide Full Time Shifts
About The Position
The Senior Company is hiring Certified Home Health Aides to provide essential, hands-on care in clients’ homes, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent. Cases are in Bergen County, New Jersey. The company provides personalized in-home care throughout New Jersey and says it supports caregivers with competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities. The position offers a base pay of $20 per hour, with an additional case differential of $1–$10+ per hour depending on factors such as hours per day and days per week, travel distance, pets in the home, couples cases, and level of care required. Available schedules run Sunday through Wednesday and include day and overnight shifts of 10 or 12 hours.
Requirements
- Current New Jersey CHHA certification.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Experience with mobility assistance, transfers, and hands-on personal care.
