About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring New Jersey Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to provide compassionate, reliable, one-on-one care to clients in Union County, including Clark, Roselle Park, Scotch Plains, Westfield, Cranford, Plainfield, Rahway, Linden, Roselle, and nearby communities. Candidates must be fluent in English. BAYADA offers weekly pay, flexible scheduling, efforts to match aides with opportunities near their homes, and scholarship programs or tuition assistance. Requirements

• Current New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification.
• Fluency in English.
• Compassion and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Help clients with range-of-motion activities and exercises.
• Assist with transfers and use mechanical lifting devices.
• Check vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration.
• Perform home management tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
• Assist clients with ambulation.
• Provide medication assistance.
