About The Position
Juniper Communities is hiring a Certified Home Health Aide in Williamstown. Care aides provide physical support to help residents stay engaged, safe, and independent. Full-time shifts are available from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. or 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., with every other weekend required. Part-time shifts are available from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. or 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., with weekend availability required. The starting pay is $20.00 per hour. Requirements
- High school education or equivalent.
- One year of caregiving experience.
- Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents as needed with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, and continence management.
- Assist residents with securing transportation, making and keeping appointments, using the telephone, dining, and attending Juniper programs.
- Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
- Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and families.
- Provide excellent customer service.
