About The Position

Homewatch CareGivers of Cape May is a local, RN-owned home care agency seeking kind, dependable caregivers who want meaningful work and a team that values, supports, and appreciates them. They provide one-on-one care to help older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. The agency is growing and has immediate opportunities in Cape May County, serving areas like Ocean City, Marmora, Sea Isle City, Avalon, Stone Harbor, Wildwood, North Wildwood, Cape May, and North Cape May.

Requirements

• Must be a New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA).
• Kind, patient, dependable, and committed to treating every client with dignity and respect.

Nice To Haves

• Heart for helping others and interested in becoming a CHHA (for those not yet certified).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care that helps older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.
• Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Prepare meals and provide medication reminders.
• Help with walking and everyday activities.
• Provide companionship and conversation.
• Support clients living with dementia or memory loss.
• Help with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Observe changes and communicate concerns to our nursing team.
