About The Position
Family & Nursing Care is hiring compassionate Certified Home Health Aides to support older adults in living safely and comfortably at home. The role provides one-on-one care and calls for warmth, kindness, dependability, commitment, and professionalism, with a focus on enhancing clients’ quality of life, dignity, and well-being. Positions are available throughout Essex, Passaic, Bergen, and Union Counties in New Jersey. Pay is $19 per hour.
Requirements
- At least one year of hands-on caregiving experience with older adults within the last three years.
- Current New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Current TB clearance.
- Ability to speak, read, and write English for client communication and documentation.
- Compassion, dependability, commitment, and professionalism.

- Communicate with clients and complete documentation.
