About The Position
Family & Nursing Care is hiring compassionate Certified Home Health Aides to support older adults in living safely and comfortably at home throughout Essex, Passaic, Bergen, and Union Counties in New Jersey. Aides provide one-on-one care and are expected to bring warmth, kindness, dependability, and professionalism while enhancing clients’ quality of life, dignity, and well-being. The position pays $19 per hour. Benefits and eligibility requirements apply.
Requirements
- At least one year of hands-on caregiving experience with older adults within the last three years.
- Current New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Current TB clearance.
- Ability to speak, read, and write English for client communication and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one home care to older adults.
- Help clients live safely and comfortably at home.
- Support clients’ quality of life, dignity, and well-being.
- Communicate with clients and complete documentation in English.
