About The Position

Ennoble Care is seeking a compassionate, dedicated Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to work full-time with its hospice company in the Cape May County, New Jersey region. The caregiver will provide support to a census of 5–6 patients, assisting with activities of daily living and other care needs in patients’ homes.

Requirements

• Valid New Jersey Certified Homemaker-Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Care for a census of 5–6 patients.
• Provide or assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, mouth care, skin care, and nail care.
• Assist with toileting, positioning, transfers, and frequent turning and positioning of bed-bound patients.
• Assist with prescribed exercise and range-of-motion activities taught to the patient and aide by the hospice nurse.
• Perform light housekeeping in the patient’s personal unit or room, including changing bed linens and doing patient laundry.
• Feed patients and assist them with meals.
• Report changes in a patient’s condition to the nurse.
