About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is urgently hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to support seniors in Gill, Massachusetts, and surrounding communities. This family-owned home care agency helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Experienced CNA, HHA, PCA, and homemaker applicants, as well as people starting a caregiving career, are encouraged to apply. Free caregiver training is available for qualified applicants.

The role offers flexible scheduling, including daytime and overnight shifts, weekdays and weekends, and shifts of 8–12 hours. Pay is $18–$21 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Immediate-start opportunities are available. Qualified new hires may earn a $250 sign-on bonus after their first 90 days if they work at least 20 hours per week and have no unexcused absences during that period.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Prepare meals and assist with daily routines.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry, and run errands.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
• Deliver compassionate, respectful, and dependable care.
