About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services, a family-owned home care agency, is urgently hiring caregivers to support seniors in Phillipston, Massachusetts, and surrounding communities. Caregivers help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. The role is open to experienced caregivers and people starting a caregiving career; free training is available for qualified applicants. Pay is $18–$21 per hour based on experience and qualifications. Flexible scheduling opportunities include 8–12-hour shifts during the day or overnight, on weekdays or weekends. Immediate starts are available.

A $250 sign-on bonus is offered to qualified new hires after their first 90 days, provided they work at least 20 hours per week and have no unexcused absences during that period. The employer offers a supportive office team and describes the position as meaningful work building relationships with seniors.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving experience is a plus but is not always required.
• HHA or CNA certification is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Prepare meals and assist with daily routines.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
• Deliver compassionate, respectful, and dependable care.
