About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is urgently hiring compassionate and dependable caregivers to support seniors in Sunderland, Massachusetts, and surrounding communities. The family-owned home care agency helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Caregivers may be experienced or new to the field; free training is available for qualified applicants. The role offers flexible scheduling, including daytime, overnight, weekday, and weekend shifts, with 8–12-hour shifts available. Pay is $18–$21 per hour based on experience and qualifications. Qualified new hires can earn a $250 sign-on bonus after their first 90 days by working at least 20 hours per week and having no unexcused absences during that period.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving experience is a plus but is not always required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Prepare meals and assist with daily routines.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry, and run errands.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
• Deliver compassionate, respectful, and dependable care.
