About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is urgently hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to support seniors in Erving, Massachusetts, and surrounding communities. The family-owned home care agency helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. The position is open to experienced CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, and homemakers, as well as people beginning a caregiving career. Previous caregiving experience is a plus but is not always required; free caregiver training is available for qualified applicants.

Pay is $18–$21 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Flexible and consistent scheduling opportunities include 8–12-hour day or overnight shifts on weekdays and weekends. Immediate start opportunities are available. A $250 sign-on bonus is offered to qualified new hires who work at least 20 hours per week and have no unexcused absences during their first 90 days.

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not always required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Prepare meals and assist with daily routines.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry, and run errands.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
• Deliver compassionate, respectful, and dependable care.
