About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is urgently hiring compassionate and dependable caregivers to support seniors in Adams, Massachusetts, and surrounding Berkshire County communities. This family-owned home care agency helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Opportunities are available for experienced CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, homemakers, and people beginning a caregiving career. Free caregiver training is offered to qualified applicants. Schedules are flexible, with daytime and overnight work available on weekdays and weekends. Both short shifts and 8–12-hour shifts are offered. Pay is $18–$21 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. A $250 sign-on bonus is available to qualified new hires who work at least 20 hours per week and have no unexcused absences during their first 90 days.
Requirements

Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus but is not always required.
- HHA or CNA certification is welcome.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
- Prepare meals and assist clients with daily routines.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry, and run errands.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
- Deliver compassionate, respectful, and dependable care.
