About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is urgently hiring caregivers to support seniors in Dalton, Massachusetts, and surrounding Berkshire County communities. This family-owned home care agency helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Openings welcome experienced CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, Homemakers, and people beginning a caregiving career. Pay is $18–$21 per hour, based on experience and qualifications, and immediate-start opportunities are available. Schedules are flexible, with 8–12-hour shifts available for days, overnights, weekdays, and weekends. Qualified new hires may earn a $250 sign-on bonus after their first 90 days if they work at least 20 hours per week and have no unexcused absences during that period. Free caregiver training is offered to qualified applicants.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not always required.
• HHA or CNA certification is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care.
• Prepare meals and assist with daily routines.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry, and run errands.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
• Deliver compassionate, respectful, and dependable care that supports clients’ safety, comfort, and independence.
