About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is urgently hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to support seniors in their own homes in Adams, Massachusetts, and surrounding Berkshire County communities. The family-owned home care agency helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. Caregivers may be experienced CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, or homemakers, or may be starting a caregiving career. Free caregiver training is available for qualified applicants. The role offers flexible scheduling, including daytime and overnight shifts, weekdays and weekends, short shifts, and 8–12-hour shifts. Pay is $18–$21 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Qualified new hires can earn a $250 sign-on bonus after their first 90 days if they work at least 20 hours per week and have no unexcused absences during that period.

Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus but is not always required.
- HHA or CNA certification is welcome.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
- Prepare meals and assist with daily routines.
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
- Deliver compassionate, respectful, and dependable care.
