About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is urgently hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to support seniors in Lenox, MA and surrounding Berkshire County communities. The family-owned home care agency helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. The role is open to experienced CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, homemakers, and people starting a caregiving career. Depending on qualifications and client needs, caregivers provide companionship and personal care, help with meals and daily routines, perform light housekeeping and errands, give medication reminders, and observe and report changes in clients’ conditions. Free caregiver training is available for qualified applicants. Pay is $18–$21 per hour based on experience and qualifications. Flexible scheduling and 8–12 hour shifts are available, including daytime, overnight, weekday, and weekend shifts. A $250 sign-on bonus is available to qualified new hires who work at least 20 hours per week and have no unexcused absences during their first 90 days.

Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus but is not always required.
- HHA or CNA certification is welcome.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
- Prepare meals and assist clients with daily routines.
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands.
