About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is urgently hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to support seniors in Lee, Massachusetts, and surrounding Berkshire County communities. The family-owned home care agency helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Openings are available for CNA, HHA, PCA, and Homemaker caregivers, including applicants who are new to caregiving. Pay is $18–$21 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. The role offers flexible scheduling opportunities, including days, overnights, weekdays, and weekends, with 8–12-hour shifts available. Immediate start opportunities are available. Caregivers may provide companionship and emotional support; assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care; prepare meals and support daily routines; perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands; provide medication reminders; and observe and report changes in client conditions. Caregivers are expected to provide compassionate, respectful, dependable care and help protect clients’ safety and confidentiality. Qualified new hires can earn a $250 sign-on bonus after their first 90 days if they work at least 20 hours per week and have no unexcused absences during that period. Free caregiver training is available for qualified applicants. The employer describes a supportive, dedicated office team and offers travel time between clients.
