BRK - Certified Caregivers
About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is urgently hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to support seniors in Cheshire, Massachusetts, and surrounding Berkshire County communities. Caregivers help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. The role is open to experienced CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, and homemakers, as well as people beginning a caregiving career; free caregiver training is available to qualified applicants. Pay is $18–$21 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Shifts of 8–12 hours are available, with flexible and consistent scheduling opportunities across daytime, overnight, weekday, and weekend hours. Immediate start opportunities are available. Qualified new hires may receive a $250 sign-on bonus after their first 90 days if they work at least 20 hours per week and have no unexcused absences during that period. Requirements

Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving experience; experience is a plus but is not always required.
- HHA or CNA certification is welcome.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
- Prepare meals and assist with daily routines.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry, and run errands.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Observe and report changes in client conditions.
- Deliver compassionate, respectful, and dependable care.
