About The Position

Team Rehabilitation is seeking a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) to work on-site at a large high school. This role involves providing athletic training services to student-athletes and community outreach coverage. The ATC will be responsible for recognizing, evaluating, and managing injuries, including emergency care, and developing rehabilitation and injury prevention programs. The position also requires maintaining strong relationships with school personnel, athletes, and parents, assisting with clinical protocols, and participating in company-supported research studies. Continuous professional development is encouraged through company events and continuing education allowances.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training or related field
Graduate from a CAATE accredited Athletic Training program
Athletic Training Certification by the Board of Certification for Athletic Trainers
Licensed as an Athletic Trainer
Strong communication skills to manage the triage of athletes for further care and in developing relationships with the athletes, parents, coaches and school personnel

Responsibilities

Providing onsite athletic training services at practices, games, and scrimmages.
Recognizing, evaluating, and managing injuries, including emergency care.
Developing and implementing rehabilitation and injury prevention programs.
Maintaining strong relationships for Team Rehabilitation to ensure excellent patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Assisting with clinical protocols and participating in company-supported research studies.
Engaging in continuous professional development through company events and continuing education allowances.
