About The Position
Select Physical Therapy is seeking PRN Certified Athletic Trainers or Exercise Physiologists to provide on-site injury prevention services for an industrial client in Memphis, Tennessee. The role delivers a full continuum of workplace injury prevention services at an assigned location, under the direction of an Account/Program Manager. Day and night shifts are available, and hours vary as needed. Employment is per diem/PRN, with compensation starting at $35 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree.
- National Athletic Trainers Association Board of Certification (NATA-BOC) certification.
- CPR certification.
- Applicable state license where required.

Responsibilities
- Provide on-site coverage for an industrial client under the direction of an Account/Program Manager.
- Deliver injury prevention services at the assigned location.
- Assess, triage, and provide first aid for workplace injuries or discomfort.
- Conduct ergonomic risk assessments and implement ergonomic solutions.
- Design and implement functional assessments, preventative exercise, and stretching.
- Provide one-on-one and group job coaching and behavior modification.
- Provide education and training on a wide range of injury prevention topics.
- Provide office ergonomics services.
- Provide health and wellness consultations.
- Document and report employee encounters.
- Communicate regularly with the client and Select leadership.
