The Centralized Scheduler schedules diagnostic exams and procedures, entering the appropriate orders and patient demographics. The role works directly with patients, physician offices, hospital departments, and facilities to ensure procedures are scheduled accurately and in a timely manner. The position does not directly supervise other caregivers. For the Outpatient Rehab role, the scheduler arranges outpatient rehabilitation services and appointments, responds to telephone inquiries and faxes from patients, physician offices, and clinics, interprets information provided by insurance verifiers, and tracks visits accurately. The scheduler also works appropriate queues from One Content and Right Fax. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week regular position on first shift, Monday through Friday; start and end times vary. The pay range is $22.30–$30.11 per hour based on experience, in addition to shift differentials.
