About The Position

STAR Sanitation LLC is seeking a full-time Central Valley Account Manager to join their team in Merced & Stockton, CA. This role involves maintaining an established customer base and developing new business within the Central Valley, with a focus on the Merced to Stockton territory. The position requires a commitment to exceptional customer service, a passion for providing the best customer experience, and the ability to travel to customer locations and job sites. The Account Manager will also be responsible for administrative tasks, including accounts receivable, and will work in an office setting. STAR Sanitation provides training on the industry and operational aspects of the business.

Requirements

Exceptional customer service skills
Computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, and social media
Proven time management
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
3-5 years’ sales experience.
Ability to Relocate: Stockton, CA 95215: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the industry and the products and services offered by STAR Sanitation & Site Services, LLC.
Develop new customer base in Central Valley with focus on the Merced to Stockton territory
Ensure that all incoming calls and inquiries for estimates are responded to in an expedient manner
Assist with managing marketing strategy to help drive brand exposure and increase revenue base
Oversee a team of support and service drivers to ensure customers’ expectations are achieved
Follow-up with existing customers to ensure all expectations are met.
Be willing to travel to customer locations and job sites.
Have excellent communication with customers via phone & email.
Willing to work in an office setting and perform administrative tasks associated with other duties, such as accounts receivable tasks.
Other projects and tasks assigned by management
Servicing portable toilets, cleaning, adding toilet paper, etc.
