About The Position

Integral dx is hiring a Central Sales Desk Associate to contact potential Ready Mix Truck purchasers and organizations, collect information using a call script, and share results with the Integral dx team. The associate will learn the product line to communicate effectively with clients and organizations, maintain regular contact with sales staff about potential leads and quoting opportunities, and enter contacts into the company database in a timely manner.

Integral dx is an OEM equipment and attachments producer serving construction, agriculture, and mining industries. The company also provides aftermarket parts and service support. It is family-owned and focuses on creating jobs in rural upper Midwest communities. The stated starting salary range is $16 to $20 per hour, dependent on experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or a combination of education and experience that provides the required skills and knowledge.
• Computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Suite.
• Ability to read and understand written information.
• Ability to follow and memorize a sales script.
• Ability to communicate sales potential to management.

Responsibilities

• Contact Ready Mix producers by phone, text, and email.
• Refer leads or business updates to Territory Managers.
• Set up new contacts in Outlook.
• Document conversations.
• Use Mailchimp and other digital services to contact leads promptly.
• Provide ideas to the marketing team based on customer feedback.
• Communicate sales potential to management.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
