About The Position

The Central Fill Clerk performs automated pharmaceutical warehouse operations in accordance with policies and standard operating procedures. The role includes receiving and storing products, participating in cycle counts, packing prescriptions, and preparing products for shipment. The clerk maintains a consistent workflow to meet daily production goals and practices 200% Safety Accountability for themselves and others. The position also involves general housekeeping and outdoor sanitation, assisting maintenance staff with cleaning equipment, cleaning up production-area spills, executing sorter and auto-bagging activities, preparing ice packs, loading outbound freight pallets, and assembling shelving or other building fixtures. Available schedules are Sunday–Wednesday, Sunday/Monday/Thursday/Friday, or Tuesday–Friday, each from 12:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Ability to read computer-generated screens.
Effective communication skills.
General janitorial experience.

Nice To Haves

CRT/PC familiarity.
Retail or warehouse experience.
Experience with powered cleaning equipment such as a floor scrubber or buffer.

Responsibilities

Unload trucks and receive and store incoming supplies.
Verify paperwork against items received from the Distribution Center.
Use computer-generated screens to locate merchandise on labeled shelves and verify product size and strength before putting items away.
Process orders for shipping, ensure the correct tote is on the correct hub, and accurately close out totes.
Fold and pack paperwork with prescriptions for shipping according to the tote closeout SOP.
Sort orders by store location and place them in totes for shipping.
Separate products by lot number and expiration date.
Perform general housekeeping, including dusting or mopping floors and operating a floor scrubber in the production area.
Perform outdoor sanitation, including trash pickup; snow removal and deicing walks are excluded.
Assist maintenance staff with cleaning photo eyes, conveyor belts, and machinery.
Clean up spills in the production area as needed.
Execute sorter activities and auto-bagging.
Prepare ice packs for use.
Load outbound freight pallets.
Assemble shelving or other building fixtures.
Maintain a continuous, consistent workflow to meet daily production goals.
Practice 200% Safety Accountability for self and others.
