About The Position

The Central Fill Clerk performs automated pharmaceutical warehouse operations in compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures. Duties include receiving and storing products, participating in cycle counts, packing prescriptions, and preparing products for shipment. The clerk maintains a consistent workflow to meet daily production goals and practices 200% Safety Accountability for themselves and others.

Available schedules are Sunday–Wednesday, Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Friday, or Tuesday–Friday, each from 12:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read computer-generated screens.
• Effective communication skills.
• General janitorial experience.

Nice To Haves

• CRT/PC familiarity.
• Retail or warehouse experience.
• Experience with powered cleaning equipment such as a floor scrubber or buffer.

Responsibilities

• Unload products from trucks and receive and store incoming supplies.
• Verify paperwork against items received from the Distribution Center.
• Read computer-generated screens to locate merchandise on labeled shelves and verify product size and strength before putting it away.
• Process shipping orders, ensure the correct tote is on the correct hub, and accurately close out totes.
• Fold and pack paperwork with prescriptions to prepare orders for shipping according to tote-closeout procedures.
• Sort orders by store location and place them in totes for shipping.
• Separate products by lot number and expiration date.
• Perform general housekeeping, including dusting and mopping floors and operating a floor scrubber in the production area.
• Perform outdoor sanitation, including picking up trash; snow removal and walk deicing are not included.
• Assist maintenance staff with cleaning photo eyes, conveyor belts, and machinery.
• Clean up spills in the production area as needed.
• Execute sorter activities and auto-bagging.
• Prepare ice packs for use.
• Load outbound freight pallets.
• Assemble shelving and other building fixtures.
• Maintain a continuous, consistent workflow to meet daily production goals and practice 200% Safety Accountability.
