About The Position
This role works independently to display and stock products and contribute to the financial best interest of the store. The associate is responsible for meeting company guidelines for guest experience and complying with safety and food safety guidelines.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Retail or related experience preferred.
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Detail-oriented.

Responsibilities
- Assist in receiving, unloading, and stacking merchandise in the back room.
- Fill, rotate, and merchandise shelves, cases, and displays on the sales floor.
- Notify the manager when products or supplies need to be ordered.
- Be familiar with products carried in the departments and know their locations in the store.
- Handle spoiled or damaged products according to established guidelines.
- Maintain clean, attractive, and well-stocked departments.
- Follow PPE and safety guidelines.
- Follow food safety and cleaning expectations.
- Follow guest experience guidelines.
- Perform tasks in other departments as assigned based on customer experience needs.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
