About The Position

A physician-led, mission-driven primary care organization focused on transforming healthcare for seniors through high-quality, value-based care is seeking a clinical leader. The organization emphasizes personalized, respectful, and accessible care, better health outcomes, and an exceptional patient experience.

The Center Clinical Director provides clinical leadership in a center serving seniors, many of whom have three to five chronic diseases. The role includes managing primary care physicians and nurse practitioners while maintaining a small patient panel of up to 250 patients. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with clinic hours from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; the last patient is scheduled at 4:15 p.m.

The position offers a base salary of $270,000–$341,000, a bonus of up to 20% of base salary, and partnership with no buy-in. Center Medical Director training includes PCP Black Belt Training and PCP Essentials, medical director and center operations, leadership pathways, medical economics and center financial performance, and sales and growth.

Requirements

• Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
• MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty.
• At least one year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting.
• Leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally.
