About The Position

A physician-led, mission-driven primary care organization focused on transforming healthcare for seniors through high-quality, value-based care is seeking a clinical leader. The care model emphasizes personalized, respectful, and accessible care, better health outcomes, and an exceptional patient experience.

The Center Clinical Director manages primary care physicians and nurse practitioners while maintaining a small patient panel of up to 250 patients. The patient population consists of seniors with three to five chronic diseases. The role follows a Monday-through-Friday schedule, with clinic hours from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; the last patient is scheduled at 4:15 p.m.

Center Medical Director training includes PCP Black Belt Training and PCP Essentials, medical director and center operations, leadership pathways, medical economics and center financial performance, and sales and growth. The clinic offers in-house consulting specialists, holistic health services, and door-to-door patient transportation.

Requirements

• Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
• MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty.
• At least one year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting.
• Leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally.
