Requirements

• Board Certified in: FM, IM or Geriatric Medicine
• MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting.
• Leadership experience required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage PCP’s and NP’s
• Lead a team of primary care physicians and advanced practice providers.
• Oversee the clinical operations of a primary care center serving seniors with multiple chronic conditions.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, value-based care.
• Participate in leadership development programs focused on medical economics, financial performance, and growth strategies.
