About The Position

The Center Clinical Medical Director will lead clinical care and center operations at a physician-led, mission-driven primary care organization focused on high-quality, value-based care for seniors. The organization’s care model emphasizes personalized, respectful, and accessible care, better health outcomes, and an exceptional patient experience. The role includes managing a small panel of up to 250 senior patients, many with 3–5 chronic diseases, and overseeing primary care physicians and nurse practitioners. The posted base salary is $270,000–$341,000, with a bonus of up to 20% of base salary and partnership available with no buy-in. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with clinic hours from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; the last patient is scheduled at 4:15 p.m.

Center Medical Director training includes PCP Black Belt Training and PCP Essentials, Medical Director and Center Operations, the Leadership Pathways Program, Medical Economics and Center Financial Performance, and Sales and Growth. The clinic offers in-house consulting specialists, including cardiology and podiatry, holistic health services such as acupuncture, Tai Chi, yoga, and nutrition, and door-to-door transportation for patients through Uber or Lyft.

Requirements

• Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
• MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting.
• Leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally.
