About The Position

The Center Clinical Medical Director will join a physician-led, mission-driven primary care organization focused on improving healthcare for seniors through personalized, respectful, accessible, value-based care. The role combines clinical practice with leadership and oversight of primary care physicians and nurse practitioners. The patient panel is small, with up to 250 seniors, typically living with 3–5 chronic diseases. The position follows a Monday–Friday schedule, with clinic hours from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; the last patient is scheduled at 4:15 p.m. The organization offers medical director training in PCP essentials, center operations, leadership, medical economics, financial performance, sales, and growth. Compensation is a base salary of $270,000–$341,000, with a bonus of up to 20% of base salary and partnership with no buy-in.

Requirements

• Board certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
• MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting.
• Leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally.

Responsibilities
