Center Clinical Director
About The Position
The Center Clinical Director will lead clinical care at a center within a physician-led, mission-driven primary care organization focused on improving healthcare for seniors through personalized, respectful, accessible, value-based care. The role includes managing primary care physicians and nurse practitioners while maintaining a small patient panel of up to 250 seniors, many of whom have three to five chronic diseases. The position offers a Monday-through-Friday schedule, with clinic hours from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; the last patient is scheduled at 4:15 p.m. The organization provides training in clinical leadership and center operations, including PCP Black Belt Training and PCP Essentials, Medical Director and Center Operations, the Leadership Pathways Program, Medical Economics and Center Financial Performance, and Sales and Growth. The clinic also offers in-house consulting specialists, holistic health services, and door-to-door transportation for patients.
Requirements
- Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
- MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty.
- At least one year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting.
- Leadership experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally.
