About The Position

The Center Clinical Medical Director will join a physician-led, mission-driven primary care organization focused on transforming healthcare for seniors through high-quality, value-based care. The organization emphasizes personalized, respectful, and accessible care to improve health outcomes and patient experience.

The role combines primary care for a small panel of up to 250 senior patients, many of whom have three to five chronic diseases, with clinical leadership and oversight of primary care physicians and nurse practitioners. The position follows a Monday–Friday schedule, with clinic hours from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; the last patient is scheduled at 4:15 p.m.

The compensation includes a base salary of $270,000–$341,000, a bonus of up to 20% of base salary, and partnership with no buy-in. Training includes PCP Black Belt Training and PCP Essentials, medical director and center operations, leadership pathways, medical economics and center financial performance, and sales and growth.

Requirements

• Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
• MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty.
• At least one year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting.
• Leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally.
