About The Position

The Center Clinical Director, Associate directly supervises and trains primary care providers (PCPs) at an assigned center and is accountable for executing the core care model and improving clinical quality, efficiency, outcomes, and clinician and patient satisfaction. Leadership work includes coaching PCPs, supporting center operations and performance, and collaborating with operational and market leaders to strengthen clinical-operations synergy and culture. The role may involve covering for other providers and participating in patient and provider recruitment. The position requires local travel as needed, two weeks of national travel for initial training, and occasional regional or national travel for recruiting or training. Evening, weekend, and holiday work may be needed. Compensation is listed as $238,832–$341,189 in annual salary; final compensation depends on factors including experience, education, and geographic location, and the position may also be eligible for bonuses or commissions.
