About The Position

The Part-Time Center Associate delivers customer service to retail customers by receiving and processing packages for courier shipment and operating copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, and point-of-sale devices. The Associate advises customers about products, services, and value options, provides accurate information, and applies industry best practices.

The ideal candidate has retail sales experience, strong computer and internet skills, a high school diploma or GED, a friendly and helpful demeanor, and a professional appearance. The candidate should learn quickly and make an effort to learn all aspects of the business in a short time. The role requires working 25 to 30 hours per week over a six-day work week.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites.
• Strong computer and internet skills.
• Outstanding phone skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math.
• Prompt, reliable, and responsible.
• Able to lift 40 or more pounds.
• Willing and able to work 25 to 30 hours per week for a six-day work week.
