About The Position

The Franklin YMCA is seeking a Center Administration Coordinator to join their team. This role is central to the Center's operations, providing support to staff, leadership, and members through organization, communication, and dedication to the YMCA mission. The ideal candidate enjoys ensuring smooth operations and thrives in a people-focused setting.

Requirements

  • Minimum Age: 18
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with care and sound judgment.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and office systems.

Responsibilities

  • Support HR, payroll preparation, hiring, and onboarding activities.
  • Coordinate training and certifications, and maintain employee records.
  • Support finance and philanthropy functions, including purchase orders, accounts payable, and donor data.
  • Assist with annual giving efforts, special events, and provide administrative support to leadership and boards.
  • Serve as Manager on Duty when assigned.
  • Help create a welcoming and well-run Center daily.
