About The Position

IBP of Miami is seeking an installer to apply open-cell and closed-cell spray foam insulation in residential and commercial settings. This role involves preparing job sites, operating and maintaining equipment, following safety standards and job specifications, and delivering consistent, high-quality work. Installers work independently and as part of a team in varied construction environments, including attics, crawl spaces, and new construction. Compensation is piece-rate, with earning potential based on production. The position offers steady, year-round work and opportunities for career growth, advancement, and leadership development.

Requirements

Previous experience installing open-cell and closed-cell spray foam insulation is required.
Strong understanding of spray foam application techniques.
Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, new construction, and other job site environments.
Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Ability to perform continuous physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, climbing, and regularly lifting up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work at elevated heights using ladders, scaffolding, or lifts.
Ability to work in varying weather conditions and wear required PPE throughout the workday.
