About The Position

The Spray Foam Installer installs company products according to work orders, manufacturer instructions, and quality and safety guidelines. Products may include insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors and shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap, and other products sold by the company. The role includes preparing for daily work, transporting and staging materials, inspecting vehicles and job sites, and reporting safety, customer, or quality concerns. It may also involve warehouse duties and other assigned tasks. Daily travel to job sites is required, with local travel and out-of-town travel as needed. This is a safety-sensitive position.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
A valid driver's license is required when operating a vehicle for company purposes.
Ability to meet the role's physical requirements, including prolonged standing, repetitive motions, hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, physical strength, and lifting up to 50 pounds, depending on job duties.

Responsibilities

Install company products according to work orders, manufacturer guidelines, and quality and safety standards.
Review the daily work schedule and ensure the truck is loaded with the products, tools, and equipment needed for the day.
Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections.
Safely unload and stage materials at job sites.
Report safety, customer, or quality concerns.
Perform warehouse-related duties as required.
Perform other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned.
