About The Position

XCaliber Container, LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced Foamer to support its production operations. The role is responsible for safely and effectively installing spray foam insulation, operating spray foam equipment, and maintaining tools and equipment. The technician follows safety procedures and keeps the job site clean.

Requirements

• Must be able to work overtime as required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Nice To Haves

• 1–5 years of construction or painting experience is preferred, including experience with fiberglass batting, spray foam, blown-in insulation, trim carpentry, drywall hanging, airless paint sprayers, or framing.

Responsibilities

• Safely and properly install spray foam insulation.
• Operate spray foam equipment by carrying or holding the hose that applies foam insulation.
• Properly maintain equipment and tools.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures.
• Ensure the job site is clean.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
