About The Position

The Foam Cell Fabricator performs day-to-day activities in the Assembly functional area to ensure appropriate resources are available to produce quality products safely and efficiently. The role includes loading panels into a press, operating a foam injection system, and assembling, insulating, and preparing panels for final assembly. The employee operates and maintains the press and foam system, follows ISO-9001 standards and safety rules, and performs close-tolerance hand work. The role also requires diagnosing improper mechanical assembly or operation and taking necessary corrective steps.

Requirements

• High school trade school completion; high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in assembly or machine operation.
• Good computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Load panels into the press and operate the foam injection system.
• Assemble, insulate, and prepare panels for final assembly.
• Maintain ISO-9001 standards.
• Observe all safety rules.
• Maintain safe and clean operation of the foam injection system and press.
• Perform close-tolerance hand work.
• Diagnose improper mechanical assembly or operation and take necessary steps to correct problems.
