•$21 - $33•Onsite

About The Position

Costco Digital Services is offering students currently enrolled in an IT or related undergraduate or graduate program a paid, twelve-week internship during 2027. The internship is based in Issaquah, Washington, runs from mid-June to early September, and requires interns to work in the office five days per week. Out-of-state work is not allowed, and interns are responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses; housing is not provided. Interns attend presentations by Executive Management and, at the end of the program, prepare and present a summary of their experience to management and peers. The Data Business Operations team supports internal Data & Analytics projects by understanding user requirements, conducting technical system and data analysis, and developing reporting with tools such as Google Sheets, Google Canvas, and Looker Studio. The Functional Analyst Intern contributes to these initiatives by analyzing cross-functional business requirements and process flows, identifying process gaps and improvement opportunities, helping translate requirements into functional and technical designs, and supporting testing and reporting work. The intern is classified as an hourly temporary employee for the duration of the program. The internship ends after a maximum of twelve weeks if the intern is not selected for a regular position. During the program, the intern may be asked to participate in the normal interview process for a level 1 position; if selected, employment status will be converted to match the position offered.
