About The Position

CDL drivers at Wegmans make timely and efficient deliveries to stores. Drivers operate top-of-the-line equipment featuring driver comforts and the latest available safety technology. The role serves local and regional routes, with no overnight stays, and drivers return home every day. Scheduled shift start times are provided through predictive scheduling. Availability is required for evening and overnight shifts, including weekends.

Requirements

• CDL-A license and at least 1 year of driving experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a clean driver's abstract.
• No moving violations in the last 3 years.
• No reckless driving or drug or alcohol convictions in the last 7 years.
• Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the general public, understand highway traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and make entries on reports and records, as required by DOT.
• Employment is contingent upon completion and evaluation of a drug test, DOT drug test, DOT physical exam, criminal background check, employment verification, driver's abstract (PSP review), and driving skills evaluation.
