About The Position

Blossman Gas & Appliance, Inc. is hiring a CDL Route Driver for nightly propane deliveries from its Miami-area branch. The driver services commercial accounts throughout Broward and Dade County, Florida, delivering propane on established local routes, typically from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. The role involves safe, timely deliveries in all-weather conditions and customer-service and relationship-selling interactions with commercial and residential customers.

Drivers work outside the truck cab as part of the delivery process, including regular bending, lifting, and pulling. The company provides ongoing safety education and assistance with obtaining the required endorsements. Pay depends on prior propane or route-sales experience, with a competitive rate based on experience. The position includes a comprehensive benefits package and achievable bonus opportunities. Requirements

• Valid CDL; hazmat and tanker endorsements are required within 90 days of hire.
• Clean driving record.
• Willingness to work overnight, normally from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m.
• Ability to regularly bend, lift, and pull.
• Commitment to safe work practices and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Safely and promptly deliver propane to commercial and residential customers on established local routes.
