About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Truck Driver Recruiter. This is a work-from-home position with an immediate start. You will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting qualified CDL drivers for various positions. This role offers truly uncapped earning potential with commissions ranging from $500 to $1,500 per driver hired, with payouts varying from 1 to 6 weeks depending on the job. You will have the flexibility to set your own schedule and hours, access to our ATS with driver leads, and daily hot leads to call on. Full back office support is provided.

Requirements

• No experience required.
• A strong personality with the ability to build relationships.
• Some computer skills.
• Access to a computer.
• Reliable internet connection.
• A cell phone (company number provided).

• Experience or general knowledge in Trucking, Transportation, or Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified CDL drivers.
• Utilize the ATS to manage leads and candidates.
• Build relationships with potential drivers.
• Make outbound calls to hot leads daily.
