About The Position
This is an in-office CDL Driver Recruiter position located in Conyers, GA, working Monday-Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. The role involves changing lives one day at a time by using creative thinking and marketing skills to attract candidates, interviewing to find the right fit, and building a pipeline of potential employees. Responsibilities also include conducting drug screens, background checks, and I-9 verifications to onboard new hires.
Requirements
- Recruiting & staffing experience 3+ years
- Experience working with CDL Drivers and recruiting CDL Drivers
- Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis
- Experience with MS Office
- Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team
