About The Position

This is an in-office role for a CDL Driver Recruiter in Conyers, GA, working Monday-Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. The position involves meeting with the team to brainstorm recruitment strategies, using creative thinking and marketing skills to attract candidates through postings, social media, and community outreach. The role requires using people skills and interview techniques to identify and hire suitable candidates, building a pipeline of potential employees, and actively contributing to order fulfillment. Responsibilities also include conducting drug screens, background checks, and I-9 verifications for new hires.

Requirements

Recruiting & staffing experience: 3+ years
Experience working with CDL Drivers and recruiting CDL Drivers
High volume recruiting experience is a plus
Bilinguals are encouraged to apply
Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis
Experience with MS Office
Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team
