About The Position

The company is hiring a full-time CDL Class A delivery driver for its Transportation team. The role serves the DC/MD/VA area and offers daily home time, a consistent Monday-through-Friday schedule, weekly pay, and a base-plus-incentive compensation range. Drivers operate a 48–53-foot reefer trailer and deliver palletized products to grocery stores. Pallet jacks, hand trucks, helpers, trucks, equipment, and support are provided as needed. Drivers are cross-trained for deliveries and may be expected to assist with delivery routes based on company needs. The fleet is leased and modern, with very few tractors over seven years old. Drivers are employees, not contractors or owner-operators.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
• Current medical card.
• Pass E-Verify.
• Able to lift 20, 50, or 80 pounds.
• Dependable and safety-focused, with pride in their work.

Nice To Haves

• Two years of commercial driving experience (preferred).
• Spanish language skills (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Drive a 48–53-foot reefer trailer.
• Deliver palletized products to grocery stores.
• Use provided pallet jacks, hand trucks, and helpers as needed.
• Assist with delivery routes based on company needs after cross-training.
• Follow a consistent Monday-through-Friday schedule, with occasional night or weekend work.
