About The Position

Maverik is hiring a safety-focused Class A CDL driver to transport fuel and supply company locations across the West from Evanston, Wyoming. The role offers consistent, year-round work and daily home time. The operation runs 24/7, so delivery needs and conditions may vary.

The position is a long-term PM shift, with start times between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM, following a rotating schedule of five days on and two days off, then five days on and three days off. Shifts average 10–12 hours and may occasionally run longer depending on weather, traffic, and operations. Training may last up to 30 days and is typically conducted on the day shift; after training, the driver transitions to the PM shift.

Drivers operate modern, well-maintained manual trucks and are expected to understand Samsara and slip/shared truck seating. The role includes weekend, holiday, and all-weather driving, including winter conditions and chaining when necessary. Annual pay is listed as $95,000–$120,000.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements.
• At least 2 years of Class A CDL driving experience.
• Recent experience operating a manual transmission.
• At least 21 years old.
• Clean driving record (MVR) and a strong commitment to safety.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, background check, and road test in a 13–18 speed manual transmission truck.
• Understanding of Samsara and slip/shared truck seating.
• Ability to sit for long periods.
• Ability to repeatedly stand, walk, handle, reach horizontally, and grasp firmly during a shift.
• Ability to frequently reach above the shoulder and below the waist, push buttons, bend, stoop, squat, crouch, kneel, and push during a shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry 75–100 lbs.
• Close, distance, color, and depth-perception vision abilities.
• Ability to work outside in all types of weather conditions.
