About The Position

Pomeroy Living is seeking a CDL Bus Driver to provide safe and timely transportation for residents to appointments, outings, and social events. The driver assists residents with boarding and exiting the vehicle, including those who need wheelchair assistance, and operates wheelchair lifts safely and efficiently. The role also involves maintaining a clean driving record, following traffic laws and company safety protocols, and providing excellent customer service to residents and their families.

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class C license with Passenger (P) endorsement.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Patience and understanding of the needs of elderly individuals.

Nice To Haves

• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
