About The Position

Sugarloaf is hiring CDL Shuttle Bus Drivers for the winter season. Drivers will operate shuttle services day and night, park cars, drive buses with a 10-30 passenger capacity, provide mountain information to guests, and collaborate with a team to offer transportation and information. Strong communication skills are essential. Applicants must possess a Commercial Driver's License (CDL). Both full-time and part-time positions are available for this winter season role, with an anticipated hourly wage of $21-23 based on experience.

Requirements

• Must have a safe driving record
• Must be able to drive in adverse conditions
• Must be at least 18 years old
• CDL required

Responsibilities

• Arrive at work in time and when scheduled
• Greet guests and employees and maintain a friendly, professional attitude
• Be able to obtain and keep an up to date Class B Driver’s License with passenger and air brake endorsements
• Adhere to safety rules to ensure safety of guests, employees, and equipment
• Fill out daily paperwork accurately and in a timely fashion. These reports include, but are not limited to, vehicle inspection, daily driver log, and guest count.
• Report any problems immediately in writing to Vehicle Maintenance Department
• Report any personal driving infractions from regular vehicle or commercial motor vehicle to Supervisor as soon as possible.
• Meet service level objectives and department goals as set forth by immediate supervisor
