About The Position

This position is for CDL-A truck drivers, including new CDL holders, looking to build a career on a western regional fleet. The role offers short runs, typically no more than 2 days from home, and provides training for new CDL holders on the road. Drivers will haul dry van freight across the 11 western states, averaging 1,700 to 2,100 miles per week, with the option to run beyond the western states for more miles. Drivers can expect to be home every 2 weeks.

Requirements

• Class A CDL.
• Must be 21 or older.
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years.
• Able to pass a DOT physical and drug screen.
• For new CDL holders: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school.

Nice To Haves

• For experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12 months in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Ride with an experienced driver trainer on real loads.
• Drive dry van freight across the 11 western states.
• Operate a truck for 1,700 to 2,100 miles per week.
• Maintain a schedule to be home every 2 weeks.
• Option to run past the western states for increased mileage.
